1. Exchange Policy

Exchange Timeframe

You must request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any exchange request made after 4 days from the date of delivery will not be considered.

Exchange Request Process

To initiate an exchange, please email us at luminknot@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Only requests submitted within this timeframe will be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer an exchange.
To process your request, you must provide a pre-opening video of the parcel within 24 hours of delivery. Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your claim.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • The exchanged product must be of equal value.

  • If you select a product of higher value, you must pay the difference.

  • If you select a product of lower value, the difference amount will be refunded.

Product Condition

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All tags must be intact.

  • Products returned without original tags will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for all shipping or courier charges related to returns or exchanges.

Designer Section

Products purchased from the Designer Section are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Sale & Discounted Products

Items purchased during a sale or using any coupon code, discount, or special offer are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.


2. Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Sarees with fall and edging

  • Customized products

  • Sale items or products purchased using discount codes/offers

  • International orders (shipped outside India)


3. Return Policy

No Returns

We do not offer returns under any circumstances. Our policy strictly allows exchanges only, subject to the conditions mentioned above.

Quality Check

Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection. The exchange will be processed only after the product passes the quality check.

Any disputes arising from purchases will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
